Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red chilis
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1 green chili (chopped)
- 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger (optional)
- 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil
Tip: For best results, use measuring utensils.
Method
- In a bowl, combine eggs, salt, crushed red chilis and mix with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients including milk and mix it again.
- In a frying pan, add oil and put it on medium heat. Add the mixture into the pan and mix with a wooden spoon until the moisture has dried.
